Making Donations to the AGSD
*************************************************

The Association for Glycogen Storage Disease is a nonprofit organization,
and thus depends on donations to enable us to help those affected
with Glycogen Storage Disease and those working with GSD patients.

All donations are tax-deductible, and can be deposited into any of a
variety of funds. The various funds were implemented to provide
the best family support and professional involvement the AGSD could offer.

Donations may be designated for deposit into any of the following funds: 

*General Fund

*Research Fund

*Conference Fund

*Scholarship Fund (Student with GSD)

*Family Assistance Fund

*Scholarship Fund (Medical Student)

Any honorarium may be given ...
to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, holidays, etc.

UNITED WAY DONATIONS:
When the United Way campaign asks for your support, it may be possible to make donations to the AGSD through United Way agencies. [Tell your friends and coworkers!] The AGSD is an approved charitable organization pursuant to the IRC 501(c)(3). Through a one-time donation or payroll deduction, this is a great opportunity to raise funds for the Association.

There is a place on the donor’s pledge card where write-in donations are to be shown. Designate the donation to be forwarded to:
